SC sheathed measuring insert

Replaceable measuring element for Thermibel series 6 and series 8 probes. Fits also any existing Pt100 element from other suppliers thanks to its standard dimensions. Spring loaded mechanism.

Sensing element

Pt100 single or duplex With tolerance class B, A or AA according to IEC 60751 (EN 60751)

Temperature range

Standard -200 to 600°C.

External sheath

AISI 304L seamless semi-flexible sheath with mineral oxide filling. Diameter: 6mm by default, 4,5 and 3mm available on request

Wiring

1x3 wire connection (1x4, 2x2, 2x3-wire connection available on request, depending on the sheath diameter)

Applications

Alternative to standard inserts at high temperature particularly when the length exceeds 450mm or when high mechanical resistance is required
